Pasta and Tiramisù cooking class & lunch – wine tasting experience

Escape the crowds and enjoy an authentic food and wine experience in the heart of Irpinia.

Discover our wines while walking through the vineyards and cellar, guided by the winemaker. During the visit, you’ll hear the story behind our family and our wines, while exploring one of Southern Italy’s most renowned wine areas, home to great reds like Taurasi and fresh whites such as Fiano and Coda di Volpe.

The experience continues with a hands-on cooking class, where you’ll prepare fresh handmade pasta, such as ravioli, and a classic Italian dessert, tiramisù — all in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

After cooking, sit down and enjoy a long countryside lunch paired with six of our wines. The menu includes local appetizers, two first courses, a traditional meat dish, and dessert, with each course carefully designed to enhance the characteristics of the wines.

You will taste “Maccaronara” with tomato sauce, a traditional handmade pasta from the villages of Castelfranci, Montemarano, and Paternopoli, perfectly paired with our Montis Marani – Irpinia Aglianico DOC.

Homemade ravioli are paired with Anthonia, while meat dishes are matched with Antyco, our Taurasi DOCG — often called the “wine diamond” of Southern Italy.

This experience is designed to celebrate the deep connection between food, wine, and territory, offering a genuine taste of local life.

Starter

Irpinian cheeses, bruschetta, salami and chestnuts: dish with chestnuts soup/ three different kinds of cheeses (provolone dop, pecorino)/ handmade salami/ bruschetta with tomatoes and green peppers. The pizza created during the cooking class will be cooked live in the wood oven.

First courses

Ravioli with pumpkin cream: Hand-made ravioli with pumpkin cream made of organic vegetable planted by a local farmer with grated seasoned pecorino bagnolese

Maccaronara al Ragù: Hand made long pasta with tomato sauce made of local meat and tomatoes.

Main course

Straccetti di Vitello: Cut of veal made with cherry tomatoes, green rocket, parmigiano reggiano dop and balsamic vinegar cream.

Dessert

Tirmisù: Typical Italian dessert

Price of the Cooking & experience : 90 € per person (the price for children is different)

We also offer the cooking & wine experience with round-trip transportation from Naples area, Sorrento coast, Amalfi coast, Salerno and other locations.

The price depends on the number of people and pick-up location.
