Nota Caparbia – Fiano di Avellino IGT 2020

The orchid

The third excellence of our land presents itself to the eyes in a straw yellow color that does not reveal its secrets. Just as the essence of the orchid is not captured by looking at it, the first step to know Nota Caparbia is to close your eyes and let yourself be carried away by its floral aromas ranging from ripe pear, pineapple, orange blossom, linden, white peach, grapefruit and toasted hazelnut. The scent prepares the palate for a soft and balanced flavor, delicate like a flower. The revolution in an unfiltered fiano, late harvest whose permanence in oak changes its classical paradigms.
