Nota Caparbia – Fiano IGP 2025

An unconventional expression of Fiano, shaped by time and character.

Nota Caparbia is our interpretation of Fiano: a wine that goes beyond tradition while remaining deeply connected to its origin.

Harvested later than usual and produced without filtration, this Fiano evolves through a careful passage in oak, adding depth and complexity to its natural elegance.

In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it opens with refined floral notes, followed by ripe white fruit such as pear and white peach, together with hints of citrus, linden, and a delicate touch of toasted hazelnut.

On the palate, it is soft, balanced, and persistent, with a fresh backbone that enhances its structure and drinkability.

A wine that expresses both the identity of the territory and a personal vision — a balance between tradition and innovation.
