The Rosè of the vintage 2022 is an explosion of fresh and enveloping flavours. The wine is produced with Aglianico grapes that is collected between the end of October and the first week of November. The characteristic of Rosè is a short maceration with the skin grape which does not exceed 30 hours. So the wine acquires nutritional components from the skin assumimg a reduced quantity of anthocyanins that determine the colour. This is an important difference with red wines which have a longer maceration with the skins.
The aging of Rosè does not involve the use of wooden barrels, but a maturation in steel barrels with a secondary refinement in the bottle.
Rosè is a fruity and fresh wine in which the arome of fresh cherries announces the fresh, enveloping and delicate flavour.
